Wednesday saw BMW Car Magazine invite myself (M52 Touring), Dameon, (Old_Skool_2002 - S50B30 Touring) and Ian (Ian332isport - S50B32 Sport) along with Neil (E30 M3) to do some laps of Curborough sprint circuit.

For me this was the 2nd time I've had my 24V E30 on track and it confirmed what a fun, capable and potent conversion they are.

No official pics yet, and even when I do I'd have to clear posting them on the web with BMW Car mag but for now here are some of Dameon's snaps from the day:

It was an excellent way to spend the day  Smiley

Really looking forward to the official pics, and the magazine article.

I still cant believe how you managed to hold on to some of those tank slappers  Grin

Neither can I.  Cheesy Although to be fair I did a good portion of grass cutting. I like the way BMW have designed the 318is lip spoiler clips to 'let go' in a graceful fashion if they meet an obstacle head-on, to allow you to retreive your spoiler from the undergrowth and re-attach it with minimal damage.

I now just need to work out how to get your brakes under my wheels....

Ahhh that was a quality day out Gents, your car was happily going sideways Ste  Cool

Ian's car was looking showroom perfect as always.

It was a bloody cold day - circa freezing temps all the time we were there. Needless to say plenty of fun was had anyways. Cannot wait to see the article and official pictures!!
