I dont mean to hijack .... i have the coupling your talking about...its really annoying as its so large and hits things..
recently ive been looking into it and found that vorshlag have such a piece for $105US.

Take a look .. i think is is a much better (only because its smaller... gives me more header clearance...)




If u do a GB on this id be interested
